Owners Rep
Allow us to be your eyes and ears at your projects meetings.  We have made our name participating in various capacities at coordination and project meetings.  With this experience, we will look through the mud to identify what the real issues are that are holding up the progress you desire.  Is your contractor driving coordination the way it should be?  Are the subs showing the commitment you deserve?  Has the design team responded to the critical RFI?  Let us find out.

Pre-Coordination
The sooner your coordination starts the better.  Agon Coordination has the ability to work hand in hand with your design team to create a model BEFORE the sub-contractors get involved.  This allows highly skilled individuals the ability to troubleshoot each system early.  Avoid major change orders at the eleventh hour and have your project coordinated by a single unit that isn’t interested in personal construction preferences.  We want what is best for you and your project.


As-Bulit Modeling
Whether your building is pre-war or was recently completed, having an accurate model which traces key systems as they exist can save you time and money.  Know what impact to expect when remodeling your mechanical systems.  Make your space more desirable to potential tenants/buyers by providing them with a model of the exiting space.  


Facility Management Models
Facility Management Models put the power of BIM in your hands once everyone else is done. This model, like the as-built model, shows what your building really is, but with much greater detail.  The model can be used as a tool to sell the spaces you have created and makes it easier for your tenants to pursue their fit outs.  The model also gives you the power to manage your facilities over the lifespan of the building.  If can track maintenance needs, give service contacts, and provide details about individual components of your building.  The Facilities model will give your superintendent a leg up while he or she manages a working/living building.
