Hudson yards Tower A is a 92- story office tower anchoring the largest privately developed project in NYC since the Rockefeller Center. Measuring in at 1296’-11”, and sitting atop Penn Station’s rail yards, Tower A offers over 2.5 million sq. ft. of office & retail space and direct access to the NY Subway System.     

Agon’s scope for this project involved pre-coordinating the electrical & IT systems directly with JBB, architects & coordinators from other trades. The result was a model which offered a far more developed look at the project which will result in fewer changes & a smoother coordination process once sub-contractors are brought on.
