he new NYU Science Building will be the latest addition to the NYU Langone Medical Campus.  The 300,000 square foot facility is being built with an emphasis in expediting the process of turning medical research into medical breakthrough. By plugging into an existing campus, this project offered conditions ranging from new build to renovation.   

On this project, Agon provided BIM services for both the building to building connections, tying in the old and new services, and general modeling for the new facility. Upon completion of the modeling, shops were created with close coordination with our client’s foreman. This relationship proved vital for the success of this project due to the complexity of both new and existing conditions.
