Agon for Contractors

When utilized correctly, BIM Coordination has the ability to put any project on a fast track.  It can be a dynamic way to track progress and report issues.  When done poorly, it has the ability to derail a project before the first concrete is poured and steel is set.  Agon Coordination has the specialties and experience to help your project succeed.

Pre-Coordination
Allow us to be your eyes and ears at your projects meetings.  We have made our name participating in various capacities at coordination and project meetings.  With this experience, we will look through the mud to identify what the real issues are that are holding up the progress you desire.  Is your contractor driving coordination the way it should be?  Are the subs showing the commitment you deserve?  Has the design team responded to the critical RFI?  Let us find out.

Coordination Manager
Agon Coordination has the ability to drive the coordination for your project.  Regardless of who you select as your subs, the most important member of the team is the one who manages your meetings.  We will work with you from drafting a BIM implementation plan, through construction and as-built submission. With our experience in all facets of the coordination process, we can help insure that you meet you projects timetables and goals.

4D Coordination
4D Coordination produces a model with the additional factor of time.  With 4D allows you the opportunity to better appreciate how the design of the project will be phased and built.  Agon can then work with you to create a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) analysis of your project that will assist in taking advantage of any strengths and opportunities while avoiding or addressing some of your weaknesses and threats you may be facing.

5D Coordination
5D Coordination adds cost value to your 4D model.  By introducing the concept of cost over time to your project model, you will be able to explore and anticipate future costs for your project.  This model puts a complex set of data into a format which can be easily viewed, analyzed, and shared.
