The Pier 17 revitalization includes a 7 floor building containing space for high end retail and restaurants.  Additionally, there are large outdoor spaces located at the street level and on a walkable roof.  Future plans will include a high rise residential tower and marina.   

Agon’s scope for this project was the complete electrical system.This included power, IT, security, low voltage and fire alarm systems.
